REGISTRATION is $290 per person double occupancy or $380 per person for single occupancy (room to yourself), and includes:

Important Pricing & Tax Information

Per Texas law, Camp Allen must collect the state hotel occupancy tax of 6% on all accommodations. Due to this and rising operational costs, rates have increased this year.

Scholarship Assistance

We understand that finances can be challenging. A one-time scholarship is available to those who need it. This scholarship covers half of the double occupancy rate. These scholarships are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important: If you are registering individually for a double room and have a roommate, please just indicate your roommates name.

Scholarship donations can be made at the door. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Hotel check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Please note:

There can be no refunds, but you may transfer your reservation if you're unable to attend. PLEASE call 832-725-3050 or send us an e-mail to brazosconference@brazosconference.org if you're transferring your reservation. We will need the name, address, and phone number of the person who will be taking your place.
