REGISTRATION is $260 per person double occupancy or $350 per person for single occupancy (room to yourself), and includes:

Important: If you are registering individually for a double room and have a roommate, please just indicate your roommates name.

Scholarship donations can be made at the door. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Hotel check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

There can be no refunds, but you may transfer your reservation if you're unable to attend. PLEASE call 832-725-3050 or send us an e-mail if you're transferring your reservation. We will need the name, address, and phone number of the person who will be taking your place.
